À propos du livre
This is your invitation to come with me on my photographic journey.
To step behind my lens and see the beauty that I have seen.
It is also a reminder to Look Up! into the skies and notice these beautiful birds. See how they exist in the wild. To view their environments.
You will see some of the most colorful birds on the planet, or at least in 5 out of the 7 continents that I have been to.
The photos that I have selected for Volume 1 show what it's like to be a bird. Social interactions, attracting a mate, taking care of their young, what they feed on, and more.
With 266 photos of 128 different species printed on high quality lustre photo paper.

Lagos, Portugal
I am originally from NYC. where i learned photography from my father in our basement darkroom doing B&W. My photographic interests turned to color photography with subjects including NYC graffiti, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, urban cityscapes, and the changing seasons. Travel led me to photograph many islands of the Caribbean. After living in Costa Rica for 8 years I now reside in Lagos, Portugal.
