Gathered in this zine are the writing and artwork created by participants of DSTL Arts’s Conchas y Café creative writing classes for adults. Through poetry and short fiction, drawings, and photo composition, these workshops empower participants as the artists they are, helping them develop new skills in storytelling.

The theme for "Conchas y Café Zine; Volume 10: Los caminos de la vida" is a combination of “Life’s Paths” from our Fall 2024 workshop series and “(Re)Build” from our Spring 2025 workshop series. As part of our 10-year anniversary celebration of Conchas y Café Zine, this special volume is dedicated to the numerous poets, writers, and artists with whom we have had the privilege of collaborating since 2015, as we provide our bilingual and monolingual community with accessible, culturally representative creative writing classes in our community.
