À propos du livre
UNZIPPED consists of a series of images in the form of photographic essays. Each essay deals with notions of disavowal, voyeurism, and irony, and glances at women in their own element, while revealing their stories through my female voyeuristic eye.
The goal is to challenge, through the main idea of control over both the viewer and the viewed subject, the conventional misrepresentation of women in the media, and replacing it instead with an alternative
pro-female standpoint in order to dissipate their abjection and to promote the protection of their
private space.
