Pam Roth O'Mara compiled memories and photos of the South Platte River Flood of 1965 in the book: Visions of the Flood. Certified Interpretive Guide (CIG), artist, author, and instructor, Pam Roth O’Mara enjoys being outdoors, learning about what goes on around her and sharing her discoveries with others. As a Volunteer Interpretive Guide at South Platte Park, Pam guides visitors of all ages along the many trails and lakes, team-teaches the Art of Nature, teaches in the park's public programs, and enjoys the great outdoors at the nearly 900 acre park.
