As the Portland Cyclocross scene recovers and rebuilds post-pandemic, 2022 began to feel like cyclocross again. Numbers were up with lots of new faces and the stoke and vibe reminded me of the pre-pandemic days. It was a terrific season with wonderful events.

I've been wanting to do another book for some time and as the project took shape during the season, I realized there is so much photographic talent in Portland that I thought it would be super fun to shed light on that and give space to others as well. I reached out to a number of local photographers and they all agreed to contribute some images.

Organized by each PDX CX event / series, my goal with this book is to fan the flames of what I was feeling last year and document the scene. The Family Photo Album is a non-profit endeavor and proceeds from the sale will be used to support racing and other charities as determined by the collective of photographers who contributed to the project.
