The poems in this book were written over fifty years ago. In the 1960s and 1970s, Ken Smits was part of a culture that was an incredible outpouring of creativity and exploration, and he participated in the joy, pain and loneliness of the expanded awareness of personal growth. This poetry is some of his musings from that time.
