À propos du livre
Tom Brogan, aka Robert T. Brogan, aka Dad and Grandpa, wrote these recollections from his childhood through the end of World War II as a gift to his children, grandchildren and siblings.
These recollections describe his childhood in Ohio, Virginia, and North Carolina. They go on to tell of his education at the University of Richmond, his training as a pilot and how he met and courted his lifelong love, Frankie Fonde, who became his wife in 1944. He also describes his experiences as a pilot during World War II, flying for the Army Air Corps, Air Transport Command, in the Pacific.
This version of Recollections includes additional photos, and maps, and a chapter that was missing from the first "edition". The front and back leafs of the cover are added as a separate page so that the wrapped cover and softcover versions of the book will include all the text and pictures.
