À propos du livre
The pub is the cornerstone of British cultural life. It is estimated that 50 pubs a week are closing down across the UK.
I spent a week in 'The Coronation' and documented the regulars who frequent it.
The Coronation is a local traditional pub and serves to the local community.
During my stay some people made it clear that they didn't want me there, but the occasional few were really friendly.
The pub is supposed to be a welcoming place, but every time I stepped through the door I felt a sense of uneasiness.
I thought to myself whether there is still a need for such a place and wonder whether it's now last orders for the traditional local pub.
