In this book the reader will discover that a poet is like a bird - albeit, a bird locked within a cage, gagged and unable to sing or to screech, to stretch its wings or to fly away free. Here is the attempt to make audible the voice of the poet-bird, stifled beneath the heavy noise of cars and their smog, the radio towers and the waves they carry, and all the banal mundanities and evils of existence found within the cage of modern-day existence.
