This book includes a group of photo essays focused on the theme old/abandoned stuff. Specifically, for the most part, things designed to move. The photos show the current (at the time the photo was taken) condition of each subject. But, they can’t answer the question of how each item ended up where it did. How did the Nash end up parked where it sat, and with a bullet hole in the windshield? How did the boat end up in the middle of a large field with no water nearby? When did their owners walk away and leave them to languish in their abandoned locations? It’s a mystery.
