Good Bones is a collection of images that were taken in and around Elmira, NY. Elmira was once a profitable manufacturing town, but is now struggling to reestablish its commercial stability. Abandoned buildings and defunct residencies are scattered across the town. To many, the infrastructure is representative of the town's poor economic conditions; however, I see potential. The goal of this project is to convey Elmira's shrouded prosperity, and encourage people to invest in struggling towns across America.
