Every summer, a handful of Canadians head up north to replant the Boreal Forest and also to make good money while they`re at it. The people that work this job are students, artists, fathers, mothers and people that have the drive to put themselves through three or four months of complete hell, all to carry themselves financially through the following eight months. Some need money to pay for studies, and some, to build homes for their families, but I don`t own a house and school is long finished for me. What I don´t spend on paying off a hefty student loan, I use to travel an entire eight months.

This book is not a portfolio. This book is a rough look at the beauty that I have tried to capture with my camera. I have not included any names of places or people. The book is meant to be looked at as one would peer out of a moving vehicle as images of the outside pass by with only a small glimpse of what they are like through the frame of the window. These photos are a small impression of the last three years for me, living with the utmost freedom and spontaneity. There is no specific order placed on these moments, places, or people.
