This lifelong journey began in New York, at the age of ten when his father first put a camera in his hand. Years of coaching and critiquing from his father, who ran the photo lab at Newsweek magazine for over 20 years, grew his passion and honed an attentive eye for the typically unseen beauty in the world surrounding him. His subjects are explored at a level of detail that exposes the unseen to the viewer, and it is at this intimate level that Michael thrives.
