Ashley Onorato created this cookbook during her senior year of college studying Communications and Digital Media at Neumann University. During this time she transitioned to a fully vegetarian diet. This was the inspiration for this book and contains dishes she enjoys on a regular basis. The book contains 20 creative and diverse vegetarian recipes that anyone from beginner to chef can make and enjoy.
