A lot has been said about martial arts from ancient times to contemporary ones. From the revolutionary contributions of great masters to the recent exhibitions of modern masters, our understanding of the human being has changed and has become more superficial at present. So, in an attempt for untangling the threads of mind, martial arts have led us to understand and accept that it is impossible to build theory without a broad practice.
Martial artists begin an endless journey when they start their training. Throughout this long journey they obtain lots of experiences which allow them to grow up and develop as human beings. For many years, I have written brief reflections and ideas which I pass on my students in order to help them advance on their own. I have decided to carry out this piece of work, so that it goes along with everybody in their journey.
I invite you to read and to think about every single sentence I have written and I hope it may help you both, the warrior inside and outside you, in the same manner it has helped me.
