Karen Vance Nicewarner was born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in Glen Burnie, Maryland. She grew up visiting her grandparents on the shore of the Magothy River where her love for nature began at a young age.

Anyone who knows Karen loves her. She always has a song in her heart. After moving to a farm on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with her husband and three sons, Karen continued speaking to God through nature and God spoke to her the same.

These parables are a small glimpse in to the heart of Karen, and the heart of God, meant to inspire and offer hope to those searching and needing a reminder of God's infinite love.
