Born in the UK, Kathi grew up in Nova Scotia and has settled in New Brunswick near the beautiful Bay of Fundy. She shares her life with husband, Jim, a herd of miniature horses, and her assortment of goofy chickens. Organic market gardening, photography , building projects, and looking after the B&B and cottage guests take up the summers, while watercolor painting occupies her winter months.
