Richard Steeg and his wife Jayne live in Oxford, Maryland. Steeg started 'playing' with the camera in 2000 and has amassed many photographs of the historic town, and in particular its connection to the Chesapeake Bay and rich maritime history. Steeg is a practicing civil engineer in the greater Washington DC area.
