Alfred Harrell is the creator and host of the podcast LIfe Is About More Than Living which aired its first episode September 3, 2018. His podcast is on Itunes, Podbean, ALEXA, Spotify,iHeartRadio GOOGLE podcast and host of other podcast platforms. Alfred Harrell started writing poetry as a teenager as a coping mechanism to navigate traumatic issues within his childhood home. He is also a poet and meetup group organizer: Triad Poetry Meetup 2.0. He is the father of two sons, the grandfather of a grandson and a granddaughter.
Also over the years he has written blogs, inspirational social media posts and for almost 5 years was the lead organizer of Triad Poetry Meetup, a group of poets, writers and spoken word poets that was based in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina in the early 2000's.
