I am a landscape photography enthusiast from Lancashire in the North West of England, UK.

My passion for photography developed from an early age, with the encouragement of my late Dad, who was a keen portrait enthusiast. Whilst in my teens, he taught me how to develop and print black and white images in the darkroom and, despite my move to digital imaging in recent years, I still have a love of monochrome photographs.

Creatively I have been inspired by landscape photographers who exhibit high technical standards combined with using light and composition to make great images, especially the iconic Ansel Adams and the British landscape photographers Fay Godwin, Joe Cornish, David Noton, Charlie Waite and David Ward.
