As well as our courses, we offer a range of visual and intructional media, as well as a speciality range of equipment and supplies for all your sausage making needs.

Sausages Made Simple has a Food and Wine Bar - Aperitivo, where you can go and enjoy homemade delecacies, produced from local ingredients using tradtional Italian methods and techniques.
