A woman with a courageous soul is one way to describe me. I make every effort to travel both locally and abroad. There’s a whole big world out there and I plan to see and experience as much of it as possible. It’s only since late 2011 that I really dove into photography. With no formal training in the subject or much patience to really sit down and study it, taking pictures has become one way of expressing how I see the world. While in college, I talked myself out of taking a photography course because of the expenses it involved. Anything I do now is whatever I come up with and learn along the way.

You can find me out driving in the country and hunting. But the kind of hunting I do is for a photo just waiting to be captured. I'm known for crouching in weeds or grass with my camera on the ground to get that bug's eye view of things. Or I'm chasing the setting sun as the giant fiery orb melts from the sky. I love to edit and manipulate photographs as well.
