I have always loved writing. Whether it was a diary with scented paper complete with lock and key, a leather journal, 50 cent spiral notebook or a free spot on the blogger- writing has proven to be one of the best outlets for me personally as well as creating a space for dialog.


I write on everything from twin pregnancy and birth, cancer, life in ministry, foster care and all the wild things in between!


I am true Oregonian living in the beautiful Willamette Valley with my family where we are graced with all four seasons and no lack of fantastic choices for coffee. I am a true crime junkie, who loves coffee with peppermint creamer year round. As of March 2022 I have been in remission from Colorectal Cancer for ONE year! I am a Pastor with the Church of the Nazarene, also married to a Pastor and we are raising 3 boys who are funny, loud and messy (but so am I).
