“Boges and J”, as they have been affectionately know by their students, are educators working with students in special and alternative education classrooms within the HWDSB in Hamilton, ON. Their passion and drive to see all students succeed led to the initiation of the book “A forest full or reasons”. It contains a collection of the stories from a “students’”point of view about the barriers they have experienced, as well as the accommodations and needs that they have been afforded to lead to their ultimate success in an educational setting, & personal lives.

Both Joanna & Kristina each possess over a decade of experience working in public education at the secondary school level, with students requiring alternative methods of programming. & special needs interventions.

As always “champions for the “underdog”, they are committed to finding new and unique ways to help their students succeed, in even the most unique & challenging of situations.
