I grew up in Dunsmuir, California in the 50's and 60's. I graduated from Dunsmuir High School; received an A.A. degree from College of the Siskiyous and a B.A. from Chico State.

Married in 1970 to Lee Ferrero, we lived in Weed for many years moving to the Central Coast in 1988. We have two children, Jennifer and Eric and one grandson, John.
