Sophie Laurent is a spiritual teacher rooted in non-dualist tantric and yogic philosophies. Her embodied approach to spirituality is meant to reconnect us to our feelings as what makes us Humans, to soothe our nervous systems as a primal need of our era and to expand our sense of self so we can live in our fullest expression.

As part of the great Mystery, she is also as much passionate about Science and Arts, writing, photography, dance and music. Her first book Vibrantly Alive is a symbolic acknowledgment of her profound artistic sensitivity.
