A (24) year career U.S. Navy Photographer and Photographic Officer, Montie Talbert planned, directed, and accomplished a diverse range of tactical photographic missions while participating in (14) major Naval campaigns and expeditions.

He resigned his Navy commission in 1992 and for the past (30) years has traveled extensively working on documentary and fine art projects for various clients and publications.

Montie is well versed in many imaging platforms and formats and works across several genres. He currently shoots with both film and digital small and medium format cameras and produces gelatin silver and giclee prints in varying sizes.
