Chef Anna Chiarini, of Polish-Italian heritage, is the co-founder, Restaurant Director, and Sommelier of Dieci Boutique Restaurant in Devino, Bulgaria. Alongside her husband, Chef Gianfranco Chiarini, she has transformed a century-old village school into an exclusive fine-dining destination.

Anna oversees front-of-house operations, curates the wine program, and ensures each guest receives a personalized and memorable experience. Her expertise in wine pairing and hospitality is integral to Dieci's acclaimed 10-course seasonal tasting menu, which emphasizes local Bulgarian ingredients and sustainable practices.

Under her leadership, Dieci has earned prestigious sustainability certifications, including Green Key and a three-star rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association, distinguishing it as Bulgaria's most sustainable restaurant.
