Ayşe G. Seferoğlu was born in 1962 in İstanbul. After receiving her french bacalaureate from Notre Dame de Sion , she continued her higher education in the field of Computer Science in Business at Montgomery College and American University in Washington D.C. ,USA . She took her first sculpting classes during college years. Her hobby became a passion after graduation and during professional life . In 2002 she met with the magic of the glass and its techniques.She worked in studios with different artists. She decided to merge sculpting and glass in one form and attended to many workshops .. As of today ,Seferoglu continues her works that she defines ‘’life she tries to create in her sculptures’’ in her own studio.
