À propos du livre
As a Computer Scientist I see the United States of America as a giant, but finite, system of systems. Historians tell stories from the past. Pundits complain about today. I put ten stakes in the ground and offer my roadmap for the next 200 years.
My respect for the subject matter allows me to accept the Constitution as the proper place where systemic fixes belong. When I applied my original analysis techniques, I discovered ten major flaws in America. I provide with each Amendment simple rationale that places the solution in the context of familiar problems and not so familiar principles.
Not since the Bill of Rights have ten Amendments been needed at the same time. The founders gave us the tools. The rest is up to us!
