«Girl in Black» -a 1956 film by Michalis Kakogiannis- was adapted for stage by George Makris and Gregoris Karadinakis and directed by Gregoris Karadinakis for the National Theatre of Northern Greece. The play was first performed in Thessaloniki in December 2009

Η παράσταση «Το κορίτσι με τα μαύρα» από την ομότιτλη ταινία του 1956 του Μιχάλη Κακογιάννη σε σενάριο του ιδίου, διασκευάστηκε γιά το θέατρο από τον Γιώργο Μακρή και τον Γρηγόρη Καραντινάκη. Είναι μία παραγωγή του Κρατικού Θεάτρου Βορείου Ελλάδας, σε σκηνοθεσία Γρηγόρη Καραντινάκη, και ανέβηκε για πρώτη φορά στην Θεσσαλονίκη τον Δεκέμβριο του 2009.

À propos du créateur
Born in Athens in 1962 and studied Town and Country Planning and Geography in Edinburgh and London. Since 1990 lives in Athens and works as a professional photographer, specialising in theatre, portrait and advertising photography. Since 2005 has been teaching photography in private and public institutions and in the adult education programmes of the Greek American Educational Institute, where -in 2008- he founded with his students the ‘SYMPLIGADA’ photography group. Over the last 10 years he has been involved in various photographic projects including, «the route of mastic», «déjà vu», «utopia-dystopia», «suddenly last summer...» and «Growth». His most recent project « a Lebanese notebook; Antiparadise» which has been privately published in blurb, was commissioned by the museum of photography of Thessaloniki and was exhbited in Thessaloniki and PhotoMed festival in 2012.
