Roxann Riskin holds a BS and MS in Education, Special Education, and e-Learning/Instructional Design, and is a former Connecticut certified teacher. She is an insured, licensed, certified/credentialed Yoga instructor, Yoga Alliance for children and adults, and an multi credentialed Zumba Instructor. She holds certification and is credentialed as a Tai Chi Instructor by FAI. In addition, for over twenty-five years she held differentiated, professional educator positions in lower education, high school and university levels, including admin as well as in instructional positions. She is currently a well-being instructor for the University of Connecticut, OLLI and teaches senior Yoga and Zumba in Orange and Tai Chi. She has authored numerous articles and authored creative books. She has been guest speaker in libraries and at higher education conferences for designing creative experiences in wellbeing using XR/AI.
