He was born in Mexico City in 1982, he began to study photography at the age of 15 at the Claustro de Sor Juana, he studied journalism and photojournalism at the Center for University Studies of Journalism and Art in Radio and Television (PART); After graduating he traveled to the city of Toronto to study English where he met his wife, on his second trip to Toronto he made a book called Mexicans in Toronto, published in 2011. In Mexico he worked at Edusat Radio as a producer of educational programs and then in the newspaper Diario de México at the writing table. In 2008 he came to Tokyo where he has worked for the AFLO photography agency in the news section Nippon News, to later become independent and work as a freelance for different agencies around the world.
