Photography of beautiful roses from the rosebeds of the author. No bloom, or "smile" as the author calls them, is ever cut from its bush. Being able to take more shots of each beautiful "smile" as it opens is part of the love affair the author has with his roses. All lighting is pure and natural as God provides. Stan only provides a black or white material background to enhance the smiling beautiful blooms upon his rosebushes. True art each photo is! Enjoyment awaits!

I am an Emeritus (Retired) Master Rosarian in the Rocky Mountain District of the American Rose Society. The books I have published here of photos of my roses and other flowers are some of my award winning and first place winning shots. The book on growing roses I have published here is all from personal experience of growing and tending rosebushes for over 40 years. Some of my accomplishments in Photography are: I have won many first place ribbons and awards in photography shows, Facebook Photography Groups, My Photography has been Featured by several groups at Fine Art America on the web. My photography work has won Best Overall Photo of Show several times now in various shows. I have won Queen and King Awards at Rose Shows with my photography work. My work has won honors worldwide.
