A collection of photos of Rufous Hummingbirds over several years of them visiting our home in Nanoose Bay, BC, Canada. We would have 400-800 Rufous stop near our property on their northern migration from Mexico. The females would build their nests in the adjacent coniferous forest next to our property. Most would arrive in April and depart in July with their young to return to Mexico.
