Kodachrome Korea is a photographic essay showing color scenes from the Korean war circa 1951 and 1952. Photos cover the devastation of Seoul and the relocation of refugees from what would become the demilitarized zone. The book is a time capsule and baseline from which Korea would rebuild.
À propos du créateur
Don Chapin took the photos in this book while in the United States Army civil assistance unit in Korea in 1951 and 1952. He retired from a career in the Social Security Department in Visalia, California. He also spends time at his cabin in Yosemite. Steve Banfill was the editor and publisher of this book.
