The following images were taken on Talbot Island, Florida in the spring of 2022. Nature's recording of these widely different fallen tree sculptures are openly displayed to every visitor. The history of constant tides and winds are combined with often mysterious results. The unique textures and formations conceal the origins of each individual sculpture. The viewer is challenged to experience these hidden treasures to reveal the unique messages within. Hidden treasures can be revealed if we keep working to open our eyes.

The author focuses on images of nature found in our daily lives. Yet, when taken out of context and composed within new frame works, the same natural phenomena can be elevated to reveal unique combinations of light, texture, shapes, and color. R.
