Working through healing and the effects of trauma, the writings transport through philosophical wonderings and distinctive narrative anecdotes paired with photography archived from each roaming walk. This book offers a distinct lens into the beauty of West Michigan’s landscapes while interrogating into its soil and political histories. The interrogations continue to investigate through self, relations, tangibility and the metaphysical connection with memory and ancestors.
