Taya is an Artist, Yogini, Poet. She has been a spiritual seeker all her life and obtained a degree in Religious Studies in pursuit of deeper meaning. Her continuing exploration of the Sacred brought her to the practice of Kundalini Yoga.
Taya teaches Kundalini Yoga and Meditation in weekly classes, workshops and immersion retreats with students from around the world. The creativity unlocked from her yoga practice has accelerated her poetry and artwork that she shares at www.tiffanaya.com.
