In college I minored in interior design and later completed all of the photography, Photoshop and journalism classes offered in the local college. Because I love the beauty of nature and enjoy the outdoors my emphasis has been to photograph landscapes, especially our National Parks.

Publications include the L.A. Times Travel Section and I have received 14 coveted merit awards from Oregon Photographer’s Association (OPPA) and 5 merits from Professional Photographers of America (PPA). Seven of these photos were taken in Yosemite. My Yosemite photos have also received finalist status in national competitions.

Memberships include the Photographic Society at the Japanese Garden, Portland, Oregon, Oregon Professional Photographer’s
Association (OPPA), Professional Photographer’s of America (PPA) and NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionals). My workflow is through Adobe’s Lightroom 5 and Photoshop CSCC. My work strives to tell a story that is breathtaking and memorable.
