Marcia Rice Fleetwood, was born in the heart of the North American Corn Belt.
She raised a son to manhood in a single parent situation, relying on her creativity to get them through tough financial situations.
Now that her son is grown, she is an ordained Interfaith Chaplain, and is involved with local theater, and visual arts.
Since retirement, Fleetwood has made her home in a rural area of Indiana, just a turn away from her childhood home.
During the winter months, I am romanced by the acres of winter white, that stretches, seemingly forever, when Mother Nature leaves her reminder for all of mankind to slow down from his hurried pace.
Fleetwood claims her unique writing style is based on the fact that she does not read often, therefore her work is not influenced by the works of other writers.
