I am 35 years old, and have a wonderful husband and three children. My youngest was diagnosed with Autism and our lives have all changed dramatically since then. We have all learned so much, and our eyes and hearts have been opened.
I have a background in Early Childhood Education and am currently a Parent Advocate for our school district along with being a committee member for special needs on the school board. I have a strong passion to help others and share all that I have learned along the way. I pray that others will be inspired by my story and join me in changing how the world views and treats special needs children.
