Eugenia is an accomplished professional in the learning and development field. Since childhood, she learned to live with chronic pain by keeping her focus on making a difference and reaching for her dreams. She is the mother of two amazing adult children who are her greatest teachers and inspiration. Eugenia shares her life with her husband and soul mate who she treasures daily.

In the last 20 years, Eugenia earned her Masters in Counseling degree and has led and managed training and HR functions for midsize to Fortune 500 companies. She has successfully worked with individuals of diverse ages, backgrounds, and management levels throughout the implementation of quality people development programs.

Eugenia is passionate about helping others and has dedicated her life to the enhancement of relationships both at home and in the workplace. Her innovative thinking and unique skills as well as her dedication to excellence have earned her international recognition and many awards.
