I'm a problem solver, a dreamer, and I have a few stories to tell. My life has been pretty nonlinear. Every place I have gone people seemed to want to hear my stories and I found telling my true stories helped me build bridges with many people. A number of years ago, so many it is sad to recount, I have a big upheaval in my private and professional life and at this time I made a list of the things I was interested in being and doin. On this list was "write a children's book" and so I did. And then I wrote another....and another. My initial book was not through Blurb, but the books I have written since have been made and then published through Blurb.

As a child I was painfully shy so I found myself always looking for books for comfort and well, knowledge. Children's literature is probably more important to me than the average reader because books were so important to my siblings & I when we were children. I write because it makes sense for me to write when nothing seems to make sense.
