Adrienne Rewi has worked as a freelance journalist/author/travel guide writer/communications advisor and photographer for many years. She has published short stories plus several non-fiction books and eight editions of the Frommer's New Zealand travel guide and the first edition of Frommer's New Zealand Day by Day.
She has returned to live in earthquake-ravaged Christchurch, after three years living in Central Victoria, Australia (from 2017-2020). She spent four years photographically cataloguing the decline and rise of post-earthquake Christchurch and from March 2020, will continue to photograph the rebuilding of the city.
