I have been involved in 12-step programs in the past 32 years, but there was something that was missing for me when it came to recovery from incest. And so by now, I am in my mid-50’s and I said to myself, what a better way to warm up for my 60’s than to create a new 12-step series. Easy, practical and caring guidance for those who have been beholden to someone in an imbalance of power. I have called my book : The (New) 12-Steps of Recovery from Sexual Trauma.
