As Technical Officer for BA (Hons) Fashion Promotion at the Cardiff School of Creative and Cultural Industries, James works closely with each year group offering support in their use of industry standard software, image and layout manipulation, and in helping the students realise their projects.

Graduating from the University of Glamorgan with a BA (Hons) in Product Design and an MA with Distinction in Graphic Communications, James’ employment history includes Marketing within the Creative Industry’s as well as working as a freelance web and publication designer.

James is currently keen on promoting Design within Wales, which has involved him working with the University on numerous events including Cardiff Design Festival’s Graduate Showcase Wales and the 2010 Trends, Forecasting and Promotion seminar. James is looking to enhance his academic skills through the study of a part-time PGCE.
