This is a recipe book filled with things that we like to cook, and hopefully you might too. Our basic philosophy is about putting in effort when it’s worth it, and not when it’s not! Sometimes you want to spend an afternoon in the kitchen (bake bread or make ravioli!) and other times you just want to make something quickly and easily (pasta cabonara or okonomiyaki). Sometimes you cannot be bothered shopping or forgot to, and we have a few ideas to be made with pantry staples or odds and ends from the fridge (pasta con ceci or don buri).
