À propos du livre
Lewis Gillingham is an Award Winning
nature photographer with a passion
for culture, travel, adventure, and the
natural world. ‘The God of the North
Wind’ represents the culmination
of his time at Falmouth University
studying BA (Hons) Marine & Natural
History Photography; a course of study
that has taken him from Cornwall,
to the Cairngorms, South America,
and most recently, the Arctic Circle.
This book is a visual exploration of
Swedish Lapland, the natural world and
the influence of traditional and modern
culture in that area. A journey from the
shores of mirror-still rivers, through the
cultural centres of Arctic towns, places
of worship and traditional dwellings.
