À propos du livre
It exposes the threats of predatory evangelism in education, and of 'corporate Christianity' in the social and political environment. There is no argument against 'personal and private' faith, but it does analyse 'politicised Christianity' that influences the media and undermines Australia's contemporary social agenda.
All this leads to positive conclusions, realistic options, and a blueprint for action. The author's media and publicity expertise is directed towards workable suggestions to achieve a variety of secular solutions.

À propos du créateur
His early career in radio communications gave Brian the opportunity to travel the world, which helped to shape and broaden his world view – first-hand experiences of wealth and poverty, and of politics and religion in many countries. It kindled a lasting interest in social justice and secular politics. Then, from a brief sojourn in journalism, he sidestepped into publicity. In the early 90s Brian established his own agency – a unique operational structure that found a successful niche in the highly competitive Sydney market. He retired recently to Adelaide to shoot traditional B&W photography, form a jazz trio, and to write. Brian and his wife Val share a ‘family’ of Max, a 9 year-old Golden Retriever, and Sasha, a 16 year-old Birman – plus a host of lorikeets, kookaburras and magpies that fly in each morning for breakfast.
